Abstract

Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega dela in praktičnega nastopa. Teoretični del se deli na dva dela. V prvem je predstavljeno glasbeno obdobje 20. in 21. stoletja ter še posebej kitarska glasba in najpomembnejši ustvarjalci tega časa v svetovnem merilu in na slovenskem. V nadaljevanju se diplomsko delo osredotoča na predstavitev skladatelja in kitarista Aleša Strajnarja in zajema njegov življenjepis, delo, glasbeno dejavnost ter seznam del. V drugem delu sem oblikovno, ritmično, melodično in interpretativno analizirala pet izbranih skladateljevih stvaritev (Sen, Miha riše, Kavbojska za Mihca, Pravljica za Mihca, Človek v človeku).

Secondary abstract:	The Diploma Paper consists of a theoretical and of a Diploma performance. The theoretical part is divided in two parts. The first part presents the musical period of the 20th and 21st century and especially guitar music and the most important worldwide and Slovenian musicians of that period. Incontinuance diploma paper focuses on the presentation of a composer and guitarist Ales Strajnar and includes his biography, work, music activitie and a list of his works. In the second part five works of art were formally, rhythmically, melodically and interpretatively analysed (Dream, Mike is Drawing, Mike the Cowboy, A Fairy Tale for Mike and The Human within the Human).
