Abstract
Delo vsebuje splošen pregled vrst nagrajevanja. Poudarek je na individualnem, skupinskem, finančnem in nefinančnem nagrajevanju. V delu je opisano, kdaj je za podjetja primerno katero izmed teh vrst izbrati. Izbrali smo tudi realno podjetje in ga analizirali, ter opisali nagrajevanje, ki ga podjetje izvaja.
