diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management poslovnih in delovnih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali proces razvoja in uvajanja izdelka na trg podjetja, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo kozmetičnih izdelkov, izdelkov za osebno nego. V teoretičnih in empiričnih osnovah smo opisali korake procesa razvoja, s katerimi se srečujejo proizvodna podjetja. Pri izvajanju procesa razvoja izdelka se podjetje srečuje s težavami pri samem začetku iskanja in zbiranja idej na trgu, testiranja in vpeljave skupine izdelkov na končni potrošniški trg. Zaradi lažjega razumevanja smo proces razčlenili na delne procese, vse od iskanja in selekcije idej, do končne uveljavitve skupine izdelka na trg potrošnikov.
Z analizo obstoječega stanja smo ugotovili, da bi se obstoječim problemom lahko izognili s pravilnim pristopom pri samem pričetku iskanja in selekciji idej z uporabo SWOT analize, pri razvoju izdelkov in testiranju skupine izdelkov na končnem trgu.
Zato smo predlagali naslednje spremembe in dopolnitve, podjetje pri vseh razvojno raziskovalnih aktivnostih v procesu razvoja vpelje SWOT analizo, zaposleni podjetja med seboj aktivno sodelujejo, na morebitne zastoje in nepravilnosti se odzovejo hitro in učinkovito.
Na ta način lahko v podjetju pričakujejo izboljšave oziroma rezultate, kot so; aktivnejše sodelovanje med zaposlenimi v procesu, ki se prične z iskanjem in selekcijo idej; vodja projekta že v samem pričetku z uporabo SWOT analize vidi, katere so prednosti, slabosti, grožnje in priložnosti izdelka na trgu; celoten proces bo potekal nemoteno, brez nepotrebnih zapletov in nepravilnosti.

The main purpose of the thesis is to show the process of development and introduction of the product on the market. Onto the theoretical and empirical part, we described a developmental process on which manufacturing companies are focused on. In implementing the product development process, the company faces difficulties at the beginning of the search and collection of ideas on the market along with testing and deployment of the products to the final consumer market. To facilitate the understanding of the process, we divided the process into several parts that is search and selection of ideas to the final implementation of the product to the consumer market.
By analyzing the current situation, we found that the existing problems can be avoided with a proper approach to the very beginning of the search and selection of ideas by using SWOT analysis in the process of product development and testing of the final product on the market. Therefore, we propose the following modifications to the company in all research and development activities in the development process introduction of SWOT analysis, company employees actively collaborate on possible delays and irregularities respond quickly and effectively. In this way, the company expects improvements or results, such as, active cooperation between employees in a process that begins with search and selection of ideas; by using SWOT analysis a project leader from the very beginning sees the advantages, disadvantages and threats of the product on the market; the entire process will be smooth, without unnecessary problems and irregularities. |
