Abstract

Uspešnost organizacije je odvisna od motiviranih in izobraženih zaposlenih. Kadri in znanje so najpomembnejši dejavniki v organizaciji. S proučevanjem motivacije pri izobraževanju ugotovimo kritične dejavnike, ki vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih. Na te dejavnike lahko vplivamo in s tem povečujemo motiviranost za izobraževanje, kar ima za posledico bolj izobražene zaposlene. V raziskavi smo proučili motiviranost za izobraževanje pri zaposlenih na Ministrstvu za obrambo Republike Slovenije (MORS). Ker na MORS izobraževanja potekajo redno in po programu, smo raziskali, kateri so dejavniki, ki so vplivali na odločitev za izobraževanje oziroma jih zanj motivirajo. Proučili smo tudi ovire, ki vplivajo na odločitev za izobraževanje. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega dela in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo uporabili opisno oziroma deskriptivno metodo, s proučevanjem različne literature. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili Ministrstvo za obrambo Republike Slovenije, kjer je potekala raziskava. Uporabili smo metodo neposrednega zbiranja podatkov in sicer anketni vprašalnik. Dobljene podatke smo statistično obdelali, nato pa jih predstavili v tabelarni in grafični obliki. Na koncu diplomskega dela smo predstavili ugotovitve in podali nekaj izboljšav. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so zaposleni na MORS dobro motivirani. Vključujejo se v različna funkcionalna interna usposabljanja.

Secondary title: Motivation for employee training at the Ministry of defence of the Repulic of Slovenia
Secondary abstract: The success of the organization depends on motivated and qualified employees. Human resources and knowledge are the most important factors in the organization. By studying the motivation for employee training we determine the critical factors that influence motivation of employee. These factors can be influenced and with these we increase the motivation for education, resulting in more educated employees. In this study we examined what is the motivation for employee training at the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia (MORS). Since the MORS trainings takes place regularly it was investigated, what are the factors that influenced the decision to education and what are factors for motivation. We also examined the obstacles that have affected the decision to educate. The thesis is composed of theoretical part and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we used descriptive method, by studying different literature. In the empirical part we presented the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Slovenia, where he held research. We used the method of direct data collection through a questionnaire. The information we have obtained, we first statistically processed, and then presented in tabular and graphical form. At the end we presented the findings and made some suggestions for improvement. The results showed that employees at the MORS are well motivated. They include in the different functional internal training.
