Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni rezultati meritev toplotne prevodnosti tankih tkanin z nekontaktno metodo z uporabo infrardeče (v nadaljevanju IR) kamere. Z nekontaktno metodo smo izboljšali obstoječo merilno napravo za merjenje toplotne prevodnosti tankih plasti, kar prej ni bilo mogoče. Naprava je prirejena tudi tako, da ob meritvah v stacionarni fazi omogoča tudi analizo meritev, ki jih opravimo še preden se vzpostavi stacionarno stanje toplotnega toka. Gre za prve meritve take vrste in v strokovni literaturi na to temo ni opisa eksperimentalnih postopkov. Meritve so bile opravljene za 6 vzorcev bombažnih tkanin, različnih debelin in barv. Rezultati meritev kažejo, da je uporaba IR kamere pri meritvah tankih plasti primerna, sploh ko je vzorec že v temperaturnem ravnovesju. Dobljene rezultate smo primerjali s teoretičnimi napovedmi in ugotovili, da so se skladajo.

Secondary title: Measurements of thermal conductivity of thin layers of fabric with the use of infrared camera
Secondary abstract: This thesis presents the results of measurements of the thermal conductivity of thin layers of fabrics with the use of IR camera. Measurements were taken by a non - contact method for six samples of cotton of different thickness and colour. The apparatus was redesigned so that the measurements of thin layers are now possible - which was an improvement upon it's previous design. The apparatus is also capable of taking measurements of dynamic and steady state phase of thermal conductivity. The experiment required a high level of precision. In examined theory we found no description of the experimental preparation done, only results. Results of the experiment clearly show that the use of the IR camera for determining thermal conductivity of thin layers of fabrics is justified in stationary phase, as the results match the theoretical ones.
