Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem zbrala podatke večletnih popisov plazilcev na območju celjske regije, ki sem jih izvajala v desetletnem obdobju od maja 2007 do julija 2016. Popise plazilcev sem izvajala na območju celjske regije v skupno 23 občinah: Bistrica ob Sotli, Braslovče, Celje, Dobje, Dobrna, Kozje, Laško, Podčetrtek, Polzela, Prebold, Radeče, Rogaška Slatina, Rogatec, Slovenske Konjice, Šentjur, Šmarje pri Jelšah, Štore, Tabor, Vitanje, Vojnik, Vransko, Zreče in Žalec. Temeljni namen je bil predstavitev vrstne raznolikosti biodiverzitete plazilcev na področju celjske regije. Skupno sem opravila 509 popisov, pri tem sem opazovala 817 osebkov plazilcev, ki so pripadali desetim različnim vrstam in sicer: Anguis fragilis, Coronella austriaca, Lacerta agilis, Lacerta viridis/bilineata complex, Natrix natrix, Natrix tessellata, Podarcis muralis, Trachemys scripta, Vipera ammodytes in Zamenis longissimus. Plazilce sem opazovala v različnih letnih časih od aprila do oktobra, največja frekvenca opazovanj pa je bila umeščena v mesec maj. V okviru izbire habitatov sem plazilce opazovala v 13 različnih habitatih: gozdni rob, grmovje, rečno obrežje, vodne površine, obdelovalne kmetijske površine, naselje, kamniti zid, razpadajoči material, travnik, gozd, kamnito in skalnato območje, sprehajalna pot, železniški tiri. Največjo pestrost s favno plazilcev sem potrdila v habitatu rečno obrežje in razpadajoči material, najmanj pa v habitatu sprehajalna pot.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis I have gathered data of reptile findings in the region of Celje which I carried out in a period of ten years from June 2007 to June 2016. The data includes 23 communities of the Celje region: Bistrica ob Sotli, Braslovče, Celje, Dobje, Dobrna, Kozje, Laško, Podčetrtek, Polzela, Prebold, Radeče, Rogaška Slatina, Rogatec, Slovenske Konjice, Šentjur, Šmarje pri Jelšah, Štore, Tabor, Vitanje, Vojnik, Vransko, Zreče and Žalec. The basic purpose was to demonstrate the species diversity - biodiversity of reptiles in that region. I have done 509 reptile data collections altogether observing 817 reptile specimens belonging to ten different species of reptile, namely: Anguis fragilis, Coronella austriaca, Lacerta agilis, Lacerta viridis/bilineata complex, Natrix natrix, Natrix tessellata, Podarcis muralis, Trachemys scripta, Vipera ammodytes and Zamenis longissimus. The reptiles have been observed in different seasons from April to October while the highest frequency of observations took place in May. Regarding the choice of habitat the reptiles have been observed in 13 different habitats: at the edge of the forest, in the bushes, on the river banks, water surfaces, farming land, in residential areas, on stone walls, decomposing material, meadows, in forests, stony and rocky areas, on walking paths, railway tracks. The highest fauna variety of reptiles was found in the habitat of river banks and material built-up, the least variety was found in the habitat of walking paths.
