Abstract

Zaščitna stikala FID so najbolj pogosta zaščita pred električnimi udari. Podjetja, ki FID-stikala izdelujejo, morajo iz vsake serije testirati po eno FID-stikalo. Ker mora FID-stikalo vzdržati veliko število vklopov in izklopov, smo se odločili, da ta postopek testiranja izvedemo avtomatizirano z virtualnim krmiljem. V diplomski nalogi je opisan sistem z virtualnim krmiljem, s katerim smo testirali FID-stikalo. S programom ProConOS smo prenosni računalnik spremenili v virtualni krmilnik. Uporabili smo komunikacijski vmesnik ter nanj priključili vhodno-izhodne module. Ugotovili smo, kako se vhodi in izhodi polnijo na komunikacijskem vmesniku ter kakšne naslove imajo posamezni vhodi in izhodi. Celotno povezavo med komunikacijskim vmesnikom ter pnevmatsko in simulacijsko ploščo smo dokumentirali v tabelah. FID-stikalo smo pritrdili na pnevmatsko ploščo. Uporabili smo dva dvosmerna valja. Valj A je FID-stikalo vklopil, valj B pa ga je izklopil. Med komunikacijskim vmesnikom in pnevmatsko ploščo smo uporabili DB-vmesnik. Nalogo smo izvedli v Laboratoriju za mehatroniko.

Secondary abstract: FID protective switches are the most common protection against electric shocks. Companies who manufacture them must test one FID switch in each batch. Since FID switches must withstand a large number of starts and stops, we decided to perform this testing procedure in an automated manner by virtual steering. The thesis describes a system with a virtual steering, with which we tested the FID switch. By using the program ProConOS, we turned our laptop into a virtual controller. We used a communication interface and connected input and output modules to it. We found out how the inputs and outputs are filled on the communications interface and what addresses individual entrances and exits have. The complete connection between the communication interface and the pneumatic and simulation plate was documented in the tables. FID switch was fixed on the pneumatic panel. We used two two-way rollers. Roller A turned on the FID switch and roller B switched it off. The communication interface and the pneumatic plate a DB interface was used. The task was carried out in the Laboratory of Mechatronics.
