Abstract

Referenčna ambulanta je ambulanta, v kateri se izvaja preventiva ter obravnava pacientov s kroničnimi obolenji. V njej delujejo zdravnik, srednja medicinska sestra ter diplomirana medicinska sestra, katere primarna naloga je edukacija pacientov. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti kakšno je zadovoljstvo pacientov, ki so obravnavani v referenčni ambulanti in hkrati opisati naloge diplomirane medicinske sestre.Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji raziskovanja. Kot instrument raziskovanja je bil uporabljen delno strukturiran anketni vprašalnik, sestavljen iz 11 vprašanj zaprtega tipa in 2 vprašanj odprtega tipa. Raziskava je bila izvedena med pacienti referenčne ambulante.Ugotovili smo, da je večina anketiranih pacientov zelo zadovoljna z obravnavo ter z odnosom diplomiranih medicinskih sester v referenčnih ambulantah. Večina anketiranih je zadovoljnih s sprejemom v referenčni ambulanti. Ugotovili smo tudi, da 88 odstotkov anketiranih pacientov meni, da od zdravstvenega osebja dobi dovolj informacij o svoji bolezni in 86 odstotkov anketiranih pacientov dobi obrazložitev, kako naj bolezen obvladajo. Ugotovili smo, da je zadovoljstvo pacientov z obravnavo v referenčni ambulanti zelo veliko. Z uvedbo referenčnih ambulant se je zadovoljstvo pacientov ambulant družinske medicine povečalo, saj imajo zdravstveni delavci več časa za obravnavo pacientov. Zelo pomembna je tudi preventiva, ki se izvaja s pomočjo presejalnih vprašalnikov.

Secondary abstract: The reference clinic is a clinic in which conducts prevention for patients with chronic diseases. In it works are the doctor, nurse and a graduate nurse, whose primary mission is the education patients. The purposes of our thesis were finding out how high the satisfaction of the patients, who are treated in reference clinic, and to describe the tasks of the nurses in the reference clinic.The study was based on a quantitative methodology with the descriptive method. As the survey instrument we used a partially structured questionnaire consisting of 11 closed questions and 2 open-ended questions. The survey was conducted among patients at a reference clinic.We found that the majority of patients are very satisfied with the attitude of nurses in the reference clinic. Most of the respondents were satisfied with the admission to the reference clinic. We have also found that many patients perceived, that they received enough information about their disease from health professionals and at the same time got an explanation of how to manage the disease.We found that the patient satisfaction with the treatment at the reference clinic is high. With the introduction of the reference clinics is patient satisfaction in family medicine clinics increased, as health professionals devote more time to patients. A very important part of prevention are also the screening questionnaires.
