Abstract

Organizacijska klima se v naših organizacijah vedno pogosteje proučuje. Z merjenjem organizacijske klime smo želeli ugotoviti vzdušje med zaposlenimi, ki vlada v organizaciji. Cilj našega dela je bil preučiti predvsem organizacijsko klimo in deloma tudi organizacijsko kulturo, spoznati izbrano mednarodno transportno podjetje, predvsem pa ugotoviti, kakšna klima vlada v omenjenem podjetju ter podatke analizirati in predstaviti. Proučena literatura o organizacijski klimi in kulturi je bila podlaga za nadaljnjo raziskavo, pri tem pa smo uporabili tudi metodo kompilacije. Mednarodno transportno podjetje, ki je predmet raziskave, želi ostati neimenovano. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki so ga izpolnili zaposleni v podjetju, smo izmerili organizacijsko klimo podjetja. Vprašalnik je sicer povzet po projektu Slovenska organizacijska klima (v nadaljevanju SiOK), vendar prilagojen za izbrano podjetje. Pridobljene podatke smo analizirali in izračunali srednje vrednosti za posamezne trditve in posamezne dimenzije organizacijske klime ter rezultate tabelarno in grafično predstavili. Glede na pridobljene rezultate lahko ocenimo, da v mednarodnem transportnem podjetju vlada pozitivna klima med zaposlenimi.

Secondary title: Organizational climate in the international transport company
Secondary abstract: Organizations and companies nowadays increasingly considering organizational climate. By measuring the organizational climate, I wanted to determine the atmosphere among the employees in the observed organization. The aim of my thesis was to examine organizational climate and organizational culture, meet the international transport company, determine organizational climate in the mentioned organization and analyse the results. I used the method of compilation, while the theory of organizational climate and culture served as the basis for further research. The international transport company, which is the subject of the research, wishes to remain unnamed. I measured the organizational climate with a questionnaire, which was completed by the employees of the company. The questionnaire was modelled after the Slovenian organizational climate project (hereinafter SiOK) and adapted for the selected organization. The obtained data was analysed, the mean values for individual claims were calculated and the dimensions of organizational climate and the results were presented in tables and graphs. According to the results, we can estimate that there is a positive climate among the employees in the international transport company which was the subject of the research.
