Abstract

Podjetja so se morala prilagoditi in podrediti spremembam, ki so bile posledica vstopa Slovenije v EU. Carinska služba je začela izvajati celoten evropski carinski sistem. Prednost, ki jih podjetjem prinaša EU, je tako imenovana carinska unija, v kateri velja prosti trg blaga in storitev. Na podlagi tega so se carinski postopki bistveno poenostavili. Z njimi se srečujejo podjetja, ki uvažajo ali izvažajo blago iz tretjih držav. Temna stran članstva držav v EU pa je širjenje kriminalitete, saj prosti pretok blaga in storitev tihotapcem predstavlja priložnost za dober vir zaslužka. Izbrano podjetje Impol d.o.o. kot imetnik dovoljenja za poenostavljanje postopkov pošiljanja, deklariranja in potrjevanja porekla se tako veča ugled in raste zaupanje poslovnih partnerjev iz tujine vanj.

Secondary abstract: Companies have had to adapt and submit the changes, which were the result of Slovenia's accession to the EU. The Customs Service has launched a Europe-wide customs system. The advantage that provides companies with the EU, the so-called Customs Union, which applies a free market in goods and services. On this basis, the customs procedures significantly simplified. They encounter companies that import or export goods from third countries. The dark side of member countries in the EU, the spread of crime, as the free movement of goods and services of smugglers presents an opportunity for a good source of income. Selected company Impol d.o.o. as the holder of the license for the simplification of procedures for shipment, declaration and certification of origin so it raises the profile and increasing the confidence of business partners from abroad with him.
