Abstract

Podjetje Swatycomet (SPE Tehnične tkanine) se ukvarja s proizvodnjo tehničnih tkanin, z impregnacijo le-teh ter z izsekom diskov iz impregnirane tehnične tkanine. Surova tkanina nastaja v proizvodnem obratu tkalnice, kjer se za glavni material v proizvodnji potrebujejo navitki rovinga oziroma prečne niti v tkanini. Za razvoz rovinga se v proizvodnji uporablja električni viličar, s pomočjo katerega se transportira paleta z rovingom po transportni poti. Sočasno se roving ročno nalaga na posebne vozičke, ki pripadajo posameznim strojem. Skozi diplomsko nalogo smo prikazali celoten proces oskrbe z rovingom ter problem transportnih poti, ki smo ga poskušali rešiti z uvedbo nove transportne poti in novim sistemom transportiranja rovinga. Prikazali smo prihranek časa, ki bi ga pridobili z uvedbo nove poti, na tedenski, mesečni in letni ravni. Novo možno transportno pot smo glede na standardne mere primerjali z že obstoječo.

Secondary abstract: Company Swatycomet (The technical fabrics) is engaged in manufacture of technical fabrics, impregnation of technical fabrics and section of nets for the grinding industry. Raw fabric is produced in a weaving mill, where the main material for manufacturing is roving or transverse threads in the fabric. In the weaving mill, workers use electric fork – lift for delivery of rovings. Fork – lift helps workers to transport palette full of rovings onto the transport path. At the same time, two workers have to load rovings manually onto the special carts that belong to a single machine. Throughout the graduate thesis we introduced the whole process of the supply of rovings and the problem of transport path. We try to solve the problem of transport path by the introduction of new transport path and the new system of delivery rovings. We compare new possible transport path with the existing path. Then we present time savings on a weekly, monthly and annual level.
