Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je ugotoviti, kako otroci vizualno dojemajo plakate na podlagi simbolov. Analizirali smo vizualno percepcijo otrok in izdelali nov plakat. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen plakat, njegove funkcije in osnovne značilnosti pri oblikovanju. Opredeljena je definicija vizualne semiotike in njena vloga v plakatu. Predstavljene so glavne značilnosti otrok kot potrošnikov na njihovem, otroškem, trgu. Empirični del je sestavljen iz analize vizualne percepcije otrok pri opazovanju različnih, že obstoječih plakatov. Ciljna zasnova je bila ugotoviti, kakšna je njihova vizualna pismenost ter izdelati plakat, s katerim bi dosegli čim bolj primerno obliko za potrebe njihovega razumevanja. Rezultati so predstavljeni opisno in grafično.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma paper is to find out how children can visual comprehend the posters based on symbols. We analyzed visual perception and made a new poster. In the theoretical part the poster and its function are presented. The basic features for formation the poster and the main characteristics of children as consumers on their children’s market are also presented. The definition of visual semiotics and its role in poster are defined in this part. The empirical part consists of the analyses of visual perception of children at observation the different already existing posters. The main goal was to find out what is their visual literacy and to make the poster with which could be reached the most appropriate form for their needs to understand. The results are presented descriptively and graphically.
