Abstract

Diplomska naloga opisuje načrtovanje mehanske izvedbe in krmiljenja novega modela etiketirne naprave, za uporabo na pakirni liniji podjetja Libela ELSI d.o.o.. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena pot do idejne zasnove naprave in podan opis danih zahtev. Zasnova mehanske izvedbe naprave je prikazana s pomočjo CAD modela. Opis postopka izdelave CAD modela po korakih obenem prikazuje tudi snovanje naprave. Za gibanje in krmiljenje naprave bodo skrbeli izbrani pnevmatski elementi. Načrtovano povezavo pnevmatskih elementov prikazuje izdelana pnevmatska shema. Naprava bo krmiljena s krmilnikom pakirne linije, za katerega je napisan krmilni program za vodenje naprave. Dodano vrednost predstavlja izdelana simulacija, s katero smo simulirali delovanje pnevmatske sheme s krmilnim programom.

Secondary title: Design and controlling of labeling machine
Secondary abstract: The dissertation describes the planning of mechanical design and control of new model labelling machine for use on the packaging line in the company Libela ELSI. The thesis presents a way to a concept of a device and description of its given requirements. The design of the device's mechanical part is shown by using a CAD model. The »step by step« description of making a CAD model, also shows the designing of the device. Movement and control of the device will be provided by the selected pneumatic components. Connections of the pneumatic elements are displayed by a pneumatic scheme. The device will be controlled by a controller of the packaging line, for which the program to operate the device is written. The added value is presented by a simulation in which we simulated the motion of the pneumatic scheme with the control program.
