Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno spremljanje gradnje s pomočjo 4D informacijskega modela objekta na realnem projektu garažne hiše Gabrijela na Prešernovi ulici v Mariboru. V prvem delu so razložena teoretična izhodišča terminskega planiranja, BIM modeliranja in spremljanja gradnje. Osrednji del predstavlja izdelavo 3D BIM modela s programom Autodesk Revit in 4D BIM modela s programom Autodesk Navisworks Manage. V zaključku dela je s pomočjo informacijskega modela objekta in fotografskega spremljanja gradnje podana primerjava planiranih in realiziranih aktivnosti terminskega plana z analizo časovnih odstopanj. Zaključimo lahko, da uporaba informacijskega modela objekta predstavlja zmogljivo in učinkovito orodje za izvedbo in racionalizacijo gradbenih projektov.

Secondary abstract: This Masters thesis presents construction monitoring with 4D building informational model on a real project of parking garage Gabrijela, located in Prešernova street in Maribor. The first part of my work explains theorethical framework of time scheduling, building informational modelling and construction monitoring. The core of my work presents a creation of 3D BIM model with the Autodesk Revit programme and 4D BIM model with Autodesk Navisworks Manage programme. At the end of the thesis a time deviation analysis was made with the help of building informational model and photograpgic construction monitoring the comparison of planned and realized activites. We can conclude that the use of building informational model represents an effective tool for the implementation and rationalization of construction projects.
