Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena upravičenost gradnje male vetrne elektrarne v vasi Katun – Odžak – Pljevlja, ter priklop na elektroenergetsko omrežje. V začetnih poglavljih so predstavljeni zgodovina in splošni podatki o vetrnih elektrarnah, malih vetrnih elektrarnah, vetrnih elektrarnah z direktnim pogonom ter o energiji vetra. Nato so opisani glavni elementi vetrnice, karakteristike vetrne elektrarne in delovanje le-te. V zadnjem delu je predstavljen program RETScreen in izdelana analiza za gradnjo male vetrne elektrarne v zgoraj omenjeni vasi. Opisano je območje postavitve, izbrana vetrnica in njena priključitev na NN omrežje. Izdelanih je več primerov, ki pokažejo, kdaj je vetrnico na tem območju smiselno postaviti.

Secondary abstract: In the following disertation is presented construction of small wind power plant in the vilage Katun – Odžak – Pljevlja, and conection on the electricity grid. In the first section of disertation is predents history and general information of wind power plants, small wind power plants,wind power plants with ''direct drive'' actuator and wind enegry. Then described the main elements of the wind power plant, characteristics and operation. The last section presents RETScreen program and an analysis of the construction of the small wind generating plant in the above mentioned village. It describes the zone layout selected wind power plant and its connection to the LV network. It made a several numbers that show, when the wind power plant in the area makes seanse to put.
