Abstract
Magistrska naloga temelji na področju družbene odgovornosti in njene vpetosti v javnih komunalnih podjetjih. Najprej bo predstavljen teoretičen okvir družbene odgovornosti in njene vključenosti tako v logistiki kot tudi v proučevani panogi – javnih komunalnih podjetjih v Sloveniji. Na podlagi izvedenih intervjujev, ki so bili zasnovani na osnovi Zelenega dokumenta, ki ga je spisala Evropska komisija v sklopu različnih dejavnikov kot smernice za družbeno odgovorno ravnanje, smo s pomočjo analize rezultatov lahko ugotovili, ali so javna komunalna podjetja družbeno odgovorna, kako slednje uresničujejo, katerim področjem namenjajo največ pozornosti in ali le-te tudi oglašujejo. Verjamemo, da prisotnost družbene odgovornosti v javnih komunalnih podjetjih doprinese do večjega zadovoljstva zaposlenih, njihovih uporabnikov in posledično do uspešnejšega poslovanja in h konkurenčni prednosti.

Secondary abstract: |
Master's thesis is based on social responsibility and its role in public waste management companies. First of all, the theoretical framework of social responsibility will be presented and its involvement both in logistics as well as in the studied sectors - public waste management companies in Slovenia. Based on the interviews conducted, which were designed on the basis of a green paper, which was written by the European Commission in the context of a variety of factors as guidelines for socially responsible behavior, based on the analysis results we were able to determine whether the public utility companies are socially responsible, how is the latter exercised, which areas highlight the most attention, and whether the latter are also advertised. We believe that the presence of social responsibility in public waste management companies adds up to greater employee and their users satisfaction and hence to a successful business and competitive advantage. |
