Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava projektno delo z lutko in induktivni pristop učenja pri spoznavanju in sprejemanju drugačnosti v vrtcu. Osrednji del projekta je lutka, papagaj Berni, ki je zaradi svojega videza označen za drugačnega. Namen projekta je, da otroci pomagajo lutki pri reševanju problema, hkrati pa prek kreativne dramske vzgoje in socialnih iger doživijo razlike kot pozitivne izkušnje ter jih ovrednotijo kot prednost in bogastvo.
Teoretični del zajema opredelitev tolerance in oblike nestrpnosti, ki jih mora vzgojitelj poznati in prepoznati pri svojem delu ter vsakodnevnih situacijah v vrtcu. Predstavljena so glavna izhodišča vzgojnih pristopov in metod, na podlagi katerih sem načrtovala dejavnosti projekta. Poudarek je na načelih medkulturne vzgoje, zapisanih v Kurikulumu za vrtce, ter na učenju z raziskovanjem v povezavi z lutkovno vzgojo.
Dejavnosti v empiričnem delu izhajajo iz načel kreativne dramske vzgoje, ki nudijo dobra izhodišča za povezavo izkustvenega učenja otrok na različnih področjih ter posegajo tudi v otrokov socialni in emocionalni razvoj, ki sta pomembna za pozitivno vrednotenje medsebojnih razlik. To pa vodi v razumevanje in sprejemanje drugačnosti. Empirični del vsebuje analize in evalvacije poteka dejavnosti glede na odzive otrok. Opisani projekt predstavi potek vključevanja in seznanjanja otrok z lutko, njihovo pozitivno doživljanje in vrednotenje medsebojnih razlik ter željo, da bi lutki kar najbolje pomagali rešiti problem. Ugotovitve in odzivi otrok potrjujejo, da je projektno delo z lutko ustrezna metoda za spoznavanje in sprejemanje drugačnosti v vrtcu.

This diploma work consider project work with puppet and inductive aproach of learning about diversity in kindergarten. The main part of the project is a puppet named Berni, the parrot. Because of his external appearance Berni is called a different. The main purpose of the project work is encourage child to help's solving the puppet's problem. Through creative drama and social games can children experience diversity as an advantage,
The teoretical part summarises definition of tolerance and intolerance which every kindergarten teacher needs to know and recognize in his/her own work and also in everyday situations in kindergarten. There are presented the main platform and methods of educational approaches on wich i based activity of the project.
The focus are the principles of intercultural education which can be found in kindergarten curiculum and also on inquiry-based learning in conjunction with the puppet education.
The activites for kids in empirical part are based on the principles of creative drama education which can offer a good platform for cross curricular integration and experiential learning. This principles can also reach on the child emotional and social development which are important for positive additude to differences . After that the child can understand and accept diversity. Empirical part contains analyzes and evaluation of the activities based on responses of the children. |
