magistrsko delo Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu se najprej seznanimo s pojmom kadri ter njihovim načrtovanjem in razvojem, nato pa se srečamo še s pojmoma plača in nagrada. Razložimo, kaj sestavljata omenjena pojma, nato pa se še dotaknemo sistema plač in nagrajevanja. Dotaknili smo se tudi delovne uspešnosti, njenega merjenja in nagrajevanja po uspešnosti. Za izvedbo raziskave smo si izbrali podjetje Šimenc plastika, d. o. o. V empiričnemu delu smo podjetje na kratko opisali in predstavili njihov obstoječ sistem plač in nagrajevanja. Nato smo zaposlenim razdelili anketni vprašalnik, na podlagi katerega smo ugotavljali njihovo zadovoljstvo s sistemom plač in nagrajevanja, jih povprašali, kaj njim pomeni pojem nagrada, kaj njim predstavlja dober sistem nagrajevanja ter primerjali želeno in dejansko stanje nefinančnega nagrajevanja ter nekaterih dejavnikov v podjetju. Uvedli smo tudi informacijsko podprt sistem nagrajevanja, na podlagi katerega smo ugotovili, kdo od zaposlenih si najbolj zasluži biti nagrajen. Sistem smo uvedli tudi v upanju, da ga bo podjetje uporabljalo za namene nagrajevanja svojih zaposlenih.

The master's thesis consists of two parts, namely a theoretical and an empirical one. The theoretical part first introduces the concept of personnel, and their planning and development, and afterwards presents the concepts of pay and remuneration. It explains what the two aforementioned concepts comprise and then touches upon the pay and remuneration system. It also mentions job performance, how it is measured, and performance-based remuneration. A survey was conducted at the company Šimenc plastika, d. o. o. The empirical part of the thesis briefly describes the company and presents its existing pay and remuneration system. Its employees were given a questionnaire which was used to determine their satisfaction with the pay and remuneration system, inquire about what remuneration means to them, what they consider to be a good remuneration system, and compare the desired and actual state of nonfinancial remuneration and of certain other factors in the company. A computer-assisted remuneration system was introduced and used to determine which employee most deserved to be remunerated. This system was also introduced in the hope that the company will continue to use it for remunerating its employees. |
