Abstract

V magistrskem delu so zajeti izračuni stroškov in prihrankov ob morebitni menjavi obstoječih elektromotorjev v podjetju Talum d.d. z energetsko varčnimi elektromotorji razreda IE3. Opisani so razredi energetske učinkovitosti, izkoristek različnih prenosov, rezultati popisa elektromotorjev ter predlog elektromotorjev za zamenjavo in prihranki pri zamenjavi. Predstavljeni so rezultati laboratorijskih meritev izkoristka med neposredno priključenim asinhronskim motorjem in asinhronskim motorjem s frekvenčnim pretvornikom. Meritve so bile izvedene v laboratoriju za električne stroje Fakultete za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko Univerze v Mariboru. Rezultati meritev neposredno priključenega elektromotorja so primerjani z izračuni programskega orodja emLook. S programom emLook smo analizirali vpliv različnih vrst statorskih navitij in različne poševnosti palic kratkostične kletke na višje harmonske komponente polja zračne reže.

Secondary abstract: This master thesis summarizes calculations of costs and savings of an eventual replacement of existent induction motors in Talum company with energy efficient induction motors of class IE3. Thesis contains a description of energy efficiency classes, utilization rate of different transfers, inventory results, templates for replacement induction motors and savings. Laboratory measurement results of utilization rate between directly attached induction motor and induction motor with a frequency converter are included. The measurements were made in the laboratory at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Science of University in Maribor. Measurement results of directly attached induction motor were compared to emLook software tool calculations. With emLook we analyzed the impact of different types of stator windings and different inclination short-circuit cage at the higher harmonic components
