Abstract

Uvod in opis problema: Ljudje in sesalci imamo sposobnost potapljaškega refleksa, znan tudi kot refleks sesalcev, ki je sestavljen iz niza refleksov, kateri se aktivirajo ob ohladitvi našega obraza (ob potopu v vodo), ali ob zadrževanju daha (apnea). Izmeriti nameravamo spremembe srčne frekvence (HRV), srčnega utripa (HR), krvnega tlaka (BP), srednjega arterijskega tlaka (MAP), minutnega iztisa srce (CO), enkratnega iztisa srca (SV) med samim potapljaškim refleksom med potopom na dah (manever 1) in med zadrževanjem daha na zraku (apnea) (manever 2). Metodologija: V teoretičnem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno oz. opisno metodo dela, kjer smo vse podatke pridobili iz strokovne domače, predvsem pa tuje literature. Pri kvantitativnem delu magistrske naloge smo uporabili eksperimentalno kvantitativno metodo z namenskim vzorcem, ki je zajemal uporabo hemodinamičnega monitoringa, ki omogoča sprotno spremljanje in merjenje hemodinamičnih parametrov, in sicer s pomočjo Task Force monitorja in LiDCOTM Rapid monitorja. Rezultati: V raziskavi smo pridobili podatke hemodinamičnih parametrov in avtonomnega živčnega sistema. HR med izvajanjem potopa na dah, v primerjavi z mirovanjem, pade (iz 60,3 na 52,3 HR/min). SV med izvajanjem manevra 1 v primerjavi z mirovanjem, pade in znaša v povprečju od 3,1 ml/beat do 127,5 ml/beat. Med izvajanjem manevra 2 v primerjavi z mirovanjem pa le-ta naraste in znaša v povprečju od 72 ml/beat do 119,8 ml/beat. CO v primerjavi z mirovanjem pade in znaša v povprečju od 3,2 l/min do 63,4 l/min. MAP je pri pri manevru 1 od 48,4 mmHg do 94,6 mmHg, pri manevru 2 pa je od 37,6 do 93,1 mmHg. Sklep: Na podlagi naše raziskave sklepamo, da so razlike v srčnem utripu, enkratnem iztisu srca, minutnem iztisu srca, srednjem arterijskem tlaku med izvajanjem potopa na dah in med zadrževanjem daha na zraku izredno majhne, vendar pomembne za samo raziskovanje delovanja človeškega telesa.

Secondary abstract: Introduction and description: People and mammals have the ability of diving reflex, also known as reflex of mammals, which consists of a set of reflexes, which are activated by the cooling of our face (the sinking into water), or the retention of breath (apnea). We intend to measure the heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), cardiac output (CO) and stroke volume (SV) during the face immersion in cold water (maneuver 1) and during the breath holding in air (maneuver 2). Methodology: In the theoretical part we used a descriptive method of work, where we obtained all the data from professional domestic and foreign literature. For the quantitative part of the master thesis, we used an experimental quantitative method with a dedicated model, which included use of haemodynamic monitoring, which allows real-time monitoring and measuring hemodynamic parameters, with the help of Task Force monitor and LiDCOTM Rapid monitor. Results: In this study, we obtained data of haemodynamic parameters and autonomic nervous system. HR between immersion in cold water, compared with resting, decrease (from 60,3 to 52,3 HR/min). SV between maneuver 1 compared with resting, decrease, averaging from 3,1 ml/beat to 127,5 ml/beat. Between implementation of the maneuver 2 compared with resting increase, averaging from 72 ml/beat to 119,8 ml/beat. CO compared with resting decrease, averaging 3,2 l/min to 63,4 l/min. MAP between maneuvre 1 is from 48,4 mmHg to 94,6 mmHg, between maneuver 2 is from 37,6 to 93,1 mmHg.
