Abstract

V industrijah kjer je potrebno velika produktivnost in obenem velika zanesljivost izdelkov, je potrebno zato vložiti veliko časa za razne študije in opremo. V podjetju Gorenje d.d. so si zaželeli avtomatizirano linijo za izdelavo pečice FS16. Pri projektiranju smo se srečali z najrazličnejšimi izzivi, saj smo uporabili opremo, ki je v našem okolju še neznana. V magistrskem delu je v osnovni opisana naprava za uporovno kolutno varjenje. Poleg naprave so tudi na splošno opisane različne oblike zvarov. Sama naprava bo imela ogromno vlogo pri delovanju linije, zato je omenjeno napravo bilo zelo natančno konstruirat in projektirat.

Secondary abstract: In the industries which require large productivity and high reliability of the products at the same time, it is necessary to invest a lot of time into different studies and into equipment for desired products. Company Gorenje d.d. had wished for an automated line for the production od ovens FS16. When designing, we met with a variety of challenges, because we used the equipment which was almost unknown in our environment. Master thesis describes the basic device for resistance seam welding. In addition to the device, various forms of welds are also generally described. The device itself will have a huge role in the operation of the line, with that said, device had to be very precisely designed and constructed.
