Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo v teoretičnem delu najprej s pomočjo domače in tuje literature opredelili kompetence, njihove sestavine ter posamezne vrste kompetenc. V nadaljevanju smo podrobneje predstavili poklic strokovnjaka logistike, ter kakšne kompetence pridobi med šolanjem na Fakulteti za logistiko. S pomočjo teoretičnih ugotovitev, smo sestavili anketni vprašalnik, za pridobitev podatkov empiričnega dela. Vprašalnike smo nato poslali naključnim ekološkim kmetijam preko elektronske pošte. Pri analizi rezultatov, smo ugotovili da oskrbniki ekoloških kmetij uporabljajo kompetence vezane na planiranje, organiziranje in vodenje procesov.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis in theoretical part we have firstly with help of domestic and foreign literature defined competencies, their main parts and other individual types of competencies. Furthermore we have described the job of logistics expert, and stated the individual obtains while studying at the Faculty of Logistics. With the help of theoretical knowledge, we prepared a questionnaire to obtain empirical data. The questionnaires were then sent to random organic farms via e-mail. While analyzing the results, we have come to conclusion that the handlers of organic farms apply skills related to planning, organizing and managing processes.
