Abstract

V ta namen smo določili volumski oziroma masni deleži prahov in veziva v konkurenčnem granulatu in izdelali 4 poizkusne serije s podobnimi sestavami. Izdelanim serijam plastomagnetov smo merili gostote, mehanske, magnetne in reološke lastnosti. V rezultatih so podani rezultati meritev lastnosti konkurenčnega plastomageta in plastomagnetov poizkusnih serij. V diskusiji so ovrednoteni rezultati in podane ugotovitve, ki izhajajo iz teorije, eksperimentalnega dela in rezultatov.

Secondary title: Development of polymer bonded magnets from Sm-Co system
Secondary abstract: The theoretical part of the Master Thesis covers a general overview of the field of polymer bonded magnets, which is based on scientific articles. The experimental part of the paper deals with the development of the polymer bonded magnet with the use of the powders of the Sm-Co system, whose magnetic and mechanical properties are as similar to competitive polymer bonded magnet as possible. For this purpose, we have specified volume or weight fractions of powders and binders in competitive granule and designed four test series with similar composition. We measured the density, mechanical, magnetic and rheological properties for each trial. The results of the measurements of the properties of the competitive polymer bonded magnet and the test series of the polymer bonded magnet are presented under the chapter „Results“. The chapter “Discussion” consists of the evaluation of the achieved results and key findings derived from the theory, experimental research and results.
