Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava timsko delo učiteljev razrednega pouka in vzgojitelje v prvem razredu osnovne šole. Pri timskem delu je pomembno, da se posameznik čuti pripadnega in enakovrednega člana v timu, razvijati mora sodelovalno kulturo in dobre medsebojne odnose, se prilagajati in uspešno komunicirati. Za uspešno in učinkovito timsko delo je pomembno poznavanje osnovne razsežnosti timskega dela, kot so spoznanja s področja komunikacije in reševanja konfliktov, značilnosti učinkovitih in neučinkovitih timov, poznati je treba pravila, vrste timov in značilnosti posameznih etap timskega del v vzgoji in izobraževanju. Prav tako na učinkovitost timskega dela vplivajo posameznikova naravnanost k timskemu delu, motivacija, odnosi, ki se razvijajo pri timskem delu in stališča, ki jih ima strokovni delavec do timskega dela. Vse navedeno pa posameznik lahko uspešno razvija v procesu profesionalnega razvoja, ki zajema strokovno znanje s področja timskega dela in razvijanje spretnosti ob neposrednem izvajanju timskega dela. Preko neposrednega timskega dela člani spoznavajo prednosti in pomanjkljivosti le tega. V diplomskem delu sem želela preveriti, kakšen je pogled pedagoških delavcev v prvem razredu osnovne šole na timsko delo, kako dobro strokovni delavci v prvem razredu seznanjeni s timskim delom, koliko izkušenj imajo s timskim delom, koliko razvite imajo spretnosti timskega dela in stališča do njega. V raziskavo sem vključila učitelje in vzgojitelje osnovnih šol po Sloveniji, kateri poučujejo v prvem razredu. Podatke sem zbirala junija in julija 2016 z anketnim vprašalnikom, ki sem ga na šole poslala v elektronski obliki. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da je timsko delo v prvem razredu osnovne šole prisotno in učinkovito na več področjih. Strokovni delavci se zavedajo pomembnosti timskega dela v vzgojno-izobraževalnem procesu. Raziskava pa je pokazala, da imajo strokovni delavci, vključeni v raziskavo, dobro razvite spretnosti timskega dela, ter pozitivno oblikovana stališčih do timskega dela.

Secondary abstract: The main topic of the diploma thesis is teamwork of the professional workers teaching in the first grade of primary school. The important part of the teamwork is that one feels committed and equal member of the team. Each member must develop a collaborative culture and good interpersonal relations, ability to adapt and communicate successfully. For effective and efficient teamwork it is important to know the basic dimensions of teamwork i.e. skills in the field of communication and conflict resolution, the characteristics of effective and ineffective teams, the rules, types of teams and individual characteristics of each team work stage in education. The effectiveness of teamwork is also affected by the aptitude of members for the teamwork, motivation, relationships that develop during the teamwork and attitude of the professional staff towards teamwork. All of the above may be developed in the process of professional growth, which includes expertise in the areas of teamwork and skills development during the direct implementation of teamwork. Through the direct teamwork members learn about its advantages and disadvantages. In this thesis, I wanted to explore the inclination of teachers in the 1st grade of primary school towards teamwork, how well practitioners in first class are familiar with teamwork, how much experience they have with teamwork and on which level are their skills of teamwork and attitudes towards it. The teachers and educators of the 1st grade in Slovenian elementary schools were included in the research. The data was collected in June and July 2016 by the means of enquiry distributed via e-mail. The results revealed that teamwork in the first grade of primary school is present and effective in several areas. Professionals are aware of the importance of teamwork in the educational process. However, the research showed that the professionals involved in the survey, have adequately developed skills of teamwork, and positive attitude towards teamwork.
