Abstract

Stres na delovnem mestu je vsakdanji pojav. Vse hitrejši tempo življenja, pritiski doma in v službi lahko povzročijo motnje v delovanju telesa in duševnosti. Stres uvrščamo med tiste bolezni in težave, ki so nevidne in neotipljive, a še kako povzročajo preglavice. O njem govorimo, kadar od svojega telesa terjamo več, kot je zmožno. Pospeši utrip srca in poveča krvni tlak. Kratkotrajni stres ima lahko tudi pozitivne učinke, saj adrenalin, ki se sprosti v telesu, povzroči večjo učinkovitost in storilnost. Dolgotrajni stres pa telesu škoduje, saj lahko napade različne organe. Zaposleni, ki je pod stresom, ne škoduje samo sebi in svoji družini, temveč tudi organizaciji, kjer je zaposlen. Tudi podjetja lahko zapadejo stresu, ki se ga je težko otresti. Ta vrsta stresa se kaže v prevelikih kadrovskih spremembah, v slabih delovnih razmerah, v veliki odsotnosti z dela in v pogostih poškodbah pri delu. Zato mnoga podjetja poskrbijo za preventivo. Urejena medsebojna komunikacija, medsebojni odnosi, skrb za zdravo prehrano in urejene delovne razmere lahko pripomorejo k zmanjševanju organizacijskega stresa. V nekaterih podjetjih poznajo posebne merilce stresa, s katerimi merijo stopnjo napetosti in nezadovoljstva med zaposlenimi. Eden izmed takšnih merilcev je lahko tudi letni pogovor nadrejenih s svojimi zaposlenimi.

Secondary abstract: Stress in the workplace is commonplace. All the faster pace of life, the pressures at home and at work can lead to malfunctioning of the body and the psyche. Stress ranked among the diseases and problems that are invisible and intangible, yet how to cause trouble. We speak of him when the we expect more of our body than it is capable of. Increased heart rate and increased blood pressure. Short-term stress can have positive effects as adrenaline, which is released in the body, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity. Prolonged stress could cause harm to the body, it can attack different organs. An employee who is under stress, does not harm only himself and his family, but also the organization where he works. Also, companies can mature to stress that it is difficult to shake off. This type of stress is manifested in excessive personnel changes, in poor working conditions, a large absenteeism and frequent work-related injuries. Consequently, many companies provide for prevention. Also within interpersonal communication, interpersonal relationships, a healthy diet and regular working conditions can contribute to reducing organizational stress. In some companies have specific stress gauges, which measure the level of tension and dissatisfaction among employees. One such gauges can also be an annual discussion with their employees.
