Abstract

Hidravlični model je pomembno orodje, s pomočjo katerega simuliramo obnašanje dejanskega vodovodnega sistema. Pričujoča diplomska naloga opisuje postopek grobega umerjanja oziroma makrokalibracije na praktičnem primeru. S sprotnim analiziranjem simulacij modela, odpravljanjem napak in spreminjanjem neznanih parametrov skušamo pridobiti takšen nabor podatkov, na podlagi katerih rezultati hidravličnih izračunov postopno konvergirajo k merjenim vrednostim stvarnega vodovodnega sistema. Po končanem postopku makrokalibracije opravimo na izboljšanem hidravličnem modelu še oceno vodnih izgub na podlagi izračuna minimalnega nočnega pretoka.

Secondary title: Calibration of hydraulic models and estimation of water losses in pipe networks
Secondary abstract: The hydraulic model of a real water distribution system is a powerful tool which helps us understand, simulate and predict unknown parameters based on actual conditions. In the thesis, we presented a practical example of macro calibration procedure, which consists of analysing model calculations, finding errors and adjusting unknown parameters, with the aim of achieving a match between measured and computed hydraulic parameters. After achieving an improved hydraulic model, we also performed estimation of water losses based on minimum night flow calculations.
