Abstract

V diplomskem seminarju sem predstavil pomembnost čustvene inteligence v organizacijah. V prvem poglavju je opredeljena čustvena inteligenca in čustvo. V drugem poglavju so razložene vse štiri spretnosti za razvijanje popolne čustvene inteligence posameznika: samozavedanje, obvladanje sebe, družbeno zavedanje in obvladanje medsebojnih odnosov. V tretjem poglavju je predstavljen pomen povezovanja posameznikov v čustveno inteligentne skupine. S povezovanjem pridobijo znanje, izkušenosti in postanejo močnejši za doseganje skupnih ciljev. V četrtem poglavju je razložena razlika med čustvenim in razumnim umom, kaj prispevata k posamezniku in pomembnost obojega. V petem poglavju je predstavljen pomen čustvene inteligentne za organizacije, kako se ohrani, kako se poveča in meri. Na koncu je opredeljen vpliv čustvene inteligence na organizacije, kako lahko znižajo stres, izboljšajo pogoje na delovnem mestu in pomagajo pri vodenju organizacije.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma seminar I presented the importance of emotional intelligence in organizations. In the first chapte i will refined emotional intelligence and emotion. The second section covers all four skills to develop complete individual emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self mastery, social awareness and mastery of interpersonal relations. The third chapter presents the importance of connecting emotionally intelligent individuals in the group. Thus, they acquire the knowledge, skills and become stronger to achieve common goals. In the fourth chapter explains the variation of the emotional and the rational mind, is valuable to the individual and the importance of both. In the fifth chapter presents the importance of emotionally intelligent organizations, how it is maintained, how it increases and custom. Finally, the emotional impact is defined ingerence to organizations how they can reduce stress, improve conditions on the workstation and assist in the management of the organization.
