Abstract
Ustrezna organizacija in usposobljenost vojaške zdravstvene enote je bistvenega pomena za zagotavljanje zdravstvene oskrbe. Vojaško zdravstvo ima specifično in edinstveno strukturo, saj se zdravstvena oskrba v vojnih razmerah izvaja pod tež-kimi pogoji. Zdravstveno nego izvajajo usposobljeni zdravstveni delavci, ki delujejo v skladu s predpisi. Zdravstveni kader v Slovenski vojski je usposobljen za opravlja-nje svojega dela, istočasno pa upošteva standarde Nata. Zdravstveni delavci v Slo-venski vojski uporabljajo strokovni dokument Poklicne aktivnosti in kompetence zdravstvene nege in oskrbe v Slovenski vojski, v katerem so opisane poklicne kom-petence, ki so specifične za vojaško zdravstvo ter zagotavljajo ustrezno zdravstve-no nego in oskrbo v času izrednih in vojnih razmer. Zaradi posebnih okoliščin, ki so prisotne v času vojne, imajo določeni vojaški zdravstveni kadri posebne razšir-jene kompetence, ki jih uporabljajo le v vojnih in izrednih razmerah. V mirnodob-nih razmerah je zdravstveni kader Slovenske vojske usmerjen v primarni in sekun-darni nivo zdravstvene nege. Celotna zdravstvena oskrba v Slovenski vojski je skla-dno z doktrino Nata organizirana skozi štiri ravni, ki opredeljujejo smernice in usmeritve za zdravstveno nego enot ter predstavljajo zmožnost nivoja zdravstvene oskrbe, ki nam pove, kaj lahko nudi zdravstvena oskrba. Drugi nivo zdravstvene oskrbe predstavlja mobilna vojaška bolnišnica ROLE 2 LM MTF, ki zagotavlja pre-mostljivo zmogljivost. Vojaška zdravstvena enota Slovenske vojske je s svojim zna-njem, izkušnjami, organizacijo in načinom dela usposobljena, da uspešno zagotovi zdravstveno oskrbo na bojiščih in v izrednih razmerah.

Adequate organization and competence of military medical units is essential for providing medical care . Military Health Care has a specific and unique structure , since medical care in war situations is carried out under difficult conditions . Care by qualified health professionals who act in accordance with laws and regulations . Health personnel in the Slovenian Armed Forces trained to perform their work at the same time take into account the standards of NATO. Health workers in the Slovenian Armed Forces for their operation using a professional document which describes the professional competences that are specific to military health care and provide adequate medical care and treatment at the time of emergency and war situations . Due to special circumstances are present in times of war , the designated military medical personnel Slovenian Armed Forces granted special extended competences . These extended competence is used only in war and emergency . In peacetime conditions, the medical staff of the Slovenian Army aimed at primary and secondary level health care. The Slovenian Armed Forces are four levels of military health care , which are defined in NATO doctrine and the ability to represent the level of medical care . We can highlight the second level of health care , it is a mobile military hospital ROLE 2 LM MTF , providing the capa-city to bridge. The military medical unit Slovenian Armed with his knowledge, experience , organization and methods of work qualified to successfully provide medical care to the battlefield and in emergency situations. |
