Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti tipe degradiranih območij na aktualnih primerih iz koroške statistične regije. V nalogi smo uporabili metodo dela, ki je bila razvita v projektu »Celovita metodologija za popis in analizo degradiranih območij, izvedba pilotnega popisa in vzpostavitev aţurnega registra«. V teoretičnem delu so podane definicije in zakonodaja s področja degradiranih območij. Predstavljeni so regionalni in evropski projekti, ki podajajo priporočila za sanacijo degradiranih območij. Aplikativni del naloge vsebuje rezultate terenskega popisa. Predstavljenih je sedem primerov različnih tipov degradiranih območij, ki smo jih popisali na območju koroške statistične regije. Prikazanih je nekaj primerov dobrih praks sanacije in revitalizacije degradiranih območij. V zaključku so predstavljene končne ugotovitve analize degradiranih območij in problematika njihove sanacije.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of graduation thesis is to present types of brownfield sites on actual examples from the Carinthia statistical region. Used methodology based on project »Celovita metodologija za popis in analizo degradiranih območij, izvedba pilotnega popisa in vzpostavitev aţurnega registra«. Theoretical part includes definitions and legislation from area of brownfield sites. Presented are regional and european projects which are planning remediation of brownfield sites.. Practical part of thesis contains results of the fieldwork. There are presented seven examples of different types of brownfield sites, that we have found on the area of Carinthia statistical region. Shown are some examples of good practices of the rehabilitation and revitalisation of brownfield sites. At the end are presented final findings of the analsis of brownfield sites and the issue of dealing with their rehabilitation.
