Abstract

V magistrskem delu je opredeljen postopek kadrovanja v mednarodnem podjetju X. Na začetku smo povzeli splošne definicije ter opredelili trg dela, kadre, kadrovsko službo in kadrovski proces s pomočjo različnih virov in literature. Da bi ugotovili, kako poteka proces kadrovanja v realnem podjetju, smo v mednarodnem podjetju X opravili raziskavo. Z intervjujem smo od vodje za kadrovske zadeve izvedeli kako imajo organizirano kadrovsko dejavnost in kakšen je proces kadrovanja. Za objektivno ocenitev rezultatov intervjuja pa smo opravili še raziskavo med zaposlenimi v poslovalnicah po Sloveniji, ki so z anketnim vprašalnikom podali svoje mnenje glede zadovoljstva s procesom kadrovanja v mednarodnem podjetju X. V začetku magistrskega dela smo si postavili tri glavna vprašanja: Kako imajo v mednarodnem podjetju X organizirano kadrovsko dejavnost?; Kako poteka proces kadrovanja v mednarodnem podjetju X? in Kako so zaposleni v mednarodnem podjetju X zadovoljni s postopkom selekcije, postopkom uvajanja in postopkom razvoja kadrov? Odgovore na ta vprašanja smo podali v ugotovitvah. Ugotovili smo, da je kadrovska dejavnost v podjetju organizirana, vendar pa ne deluje kot kadrovski oddelek ali služba (naloge so razpršene med zaposlenimi na upravi podjetja in poslovalnicah). Prav tako smo ugotovili, da podjetje nima ustreznega kadrovsko-informacijskega sistema. Kar zadeva proces kadrovanja imajo dobro pripravljenega in na vseh področjih zaposlenim namenjajo svojo pozornost ter jih spremljajo pri razvoju. Zaposleni so v anketi s svojim mnenjem v večini potrdili besede vodje za kadrovske zadeve in so zadovoljni s procesom kadrovanja. Na koncu magistrskega dela pa smo predstavili nekaj predlogov, ki bi lahko pripomogli k izboljšanju obstoječega stanja.

Secondary abstract: Present master's thesis defines the process of human resources (HR) management in the international company X. First, we presented and specified general definitions of labour market, human resources, personnel service and HR process on the basis of various sources. To find out more about the HR process in a real company, we conducted research in an international company X. In an interview with the head of personnel administration, we learned the details about the organisation of personnel activity and the HR process. For an objective assessment of the interview, we conducted research among the employees in the establishments of the company across Slovenia, using a questionnaire about their satisfaction with the HR process in the company X. In the beginning of the master’s thesis, we formed three main questions: How is personnel activity organised in the company X? What is the HR process in the company X? How are the employees of the company X satisfied with the process of selection, the process of introduction and the process of the HR development? The answers to these questions we presented in our findings. We ascertained that the HR activity in the company is organised, but not in a form of an HR department or division (the duties are divided among the employees in the company administration and establishments of the company). We learned that the company does not have a proper human resources information system (HRIS). The HR process is well prepared; the management pays attention to the employees in all fields and monitors their development. The results of the questionnaire show that the employees’ opinions are largely confirming the statements of the head of the personnel administration and that they are satisfied with the HR process. In the end of the master’s thesis we presented some suggestions for improvement of the current situation.
