Abstract

V okviru magistrske naloge sem opravila revizijo herbarijskega materiala skupine planinske spominčice (M. alpestris agg.) iz Herbarija LJU. Skupina vključuje tri vrste spominčic, in sicer M. alpestris, M. suaveolens in M. stenophylla. Za območje Slovenije je bila znana le vrsta M. alpestris, a smo predvidevali, da bi lahko na območju Snežnika uspevala tudi vrsta M. suaveolens, na območju meje z Avstrijo pa tudi vrsta M. stenophylla. V okviru naloge smo izmerili velikost pelodnih zrn vseh primerkov iz herbarija LJU ter izmerili stanja 41 izbranih morfoloških znakov. Potrdili smo, da je vrsta M. alpestris v Sloveniji prisotna v Alpah, na Snežniku in na Nanosu. Zastopana je z diploidnimi in tetraploidnimi predstavniki. Na Snežniku smo našli vrsto M. suaveolens, v Karavankah pa je verjetno prisotna vrsta M. stenophylla, a bi za dokončno potrditev določitve dveh herbarijskih primerkov potrebovali dodatne analize.

Secondary title: Revision of Myosotis alpestris agg. in Slovenia and neighbouring countries
Secondary abstract: from the herbarium of LJU was performed in the context of the masters´s thesis. The group includes three species of forget-me-nots, namely M. alpestris, M.suaveolens and M. stenophylla. Only the species M. alpestris s. str. was known for the territory of Slovenia. Acording to the distribution of the species in the neighboring countries we assumed that in the area of Snežnik also M. suaveolens is present and M. stenophylla may be present on the border area with Austria. The size of the pollen grains of all specimens from the herbarium sheets was measured and also 41 morphological characters were selected. We confirmed that the species M. alpestris s. str. is present in Slovenia in the Alps, Snežnik and Nanos in form of the diploid and tetraploid representatives. On Snežnik we found M. suaveolens, in the area of Karavanke mountains there is a population that probably belong to M. stenophylla species. However, in order to finally confirm the determination of the two mentioned taxa, that is based only on herbarium material.
