Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni različni načini uporabe ilovnatih materialov pri gradnji stanovanjskih hiš. V okviru naravnih gradbenih materialov so opisane in analizirane lastnosti ilovice. V naslednjih poglavjih je razložena tehnika gradnje hiš z uporabo ilovnatih materialov. Glavni namen diplomske naloge je opis uporabe ilovnatega materiala kot osnovnega gradnika konstrukcijskih sklopov. S pomočjo programa U-Wert so analizirane gradbeno fizikalne lastnosti prehoda toplote in difuzije vodne pare v izbranih primerih konstrukcijskih sklopov. Računsko je bilo dokazano, da so konstrukcijski sklopi, zgrajeni z uporabo ilovice in drugih naravnih materialov, ustrezno energijsko varčni, oziroma da izpolnjujejo vse zahteve po trenutno veljavni slovenski zakonodaji. Karakteristike toplotne zaščite in zaščite pred vlago so primerljive z ostalimi sodobnimi gradbenimi materiali. Gradnja ilovnate hiše izpolnjuje ekološke standarde glede transporta, razgradnje materialov in energetske ustreznosti.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes various uses of clay materials in the construction of residential houses. The characteristics of the clay are described in the context of natural building materials. The following sections explain the technique of building houses by using clay materials. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the use of clay material as a basic element of structural assemblies. The computer program U-Wert was used to calculate physical properties of heat transfer and vapor diffusion in selected cases of structural assemblies. Analyses showed that the house, built of clay and other natural materials is energy efficient and complies with all the requirements of the current Slovenian legislation. Characteristics of thermal insulation and protection against moisture are comparable to other modern building materials. It is evident clay houses are adequate with ecological standards about transport, recycling and energy saving.
