Abstract
Svet in okolje okoli nas, v katerem delujejo različne organizacije, je dan za dnem bolj zapleten. V Sloveniji danes doživljamo krizne čase, zaradi katerih občutimo posledice, da je vse manj možnosti zaposlitve in vse manj kariernih priložnosti. Zavedamo se, da varna služba enostavno več ne obstaja in zaradi tega se vse več posameznikov odloča za podjetništvo. Da uspemo v podjetništvu, potrebujemo veliko truda in sreče, vendar se nam to na koncu obrestuje z marsikatero nagrado, dvigom samozavesti ali celo z velikim zaslužkom. Preden pridemo do vseh nagrad in koristi podjetništva, nas čaka polno učenja, izzivov in tudi neprespanih noči.
Pri izdelavi diplomskega seminarja bom predstavila uvajanje notranjega podjetništva v organizacijah, za primer podjetja pa sem si izbrala podjetje Daihen Varstroj, d. d.,. Za glavno vsebino sem dodala številne ugotovitve iz tujih strokovnih člankov, ki sem jih temeljito predelala, do člankov pa so prišli strokovnjaki, ki so proučevali notranje podjetništvo. Predstavila bom tudi teoretične zapise in se sklicevala na interno dokumentacijo.
Diplomski seminar je sestavljen iz dveh delov. V prvem delu bom obravnavala teoretični del. S tega vidika bom predstavila notranje podjetništvo, razsežnosti učeče se organizacije, kako se lahko učeča se organizacija povezuje z notranjim podjetništvom in kako organizacijski dejavniki vplivajo na razmerje med učečo se organizacijo in notranjim podjetništvom. Drugi del seminarja pa bo sestavljen iz empiričnega dela, kjer bom uporabila anketo. S pomočjo ankete bom raziskala, v kolikšni meri notranje podjetništvo uporabljajo v podjetju Daihen Varstroj, d. d.,. Rezultate ankete bom prikazala in jih kritično ocenila.

The world and the environment around us, in which various organizations operate, have been becoming more and more complicated. Nowadays, people in Slovenia are still facing times of crisis, because of which we still carry consequences that incorporate in fewer job opportunities and fewer career opportunities. We are aware that a thing such as safe job does not exist anymore, which is why more and more individuals decide to enter entrepreneurship. In order to succeed in entrepreneurship, we need to put a lot of effort in it and also to have some luck, however, this pays out interest on many a reward, the increase of confidence, or even huge earnings. Before we reach all the prizes and benefits of entrepreneurship, we must face a great amount of learning, challenges, and sleepless nights as well.
Within this diploma seminar I will present the initiation of intrapreneurship into organizations, based on the case of company Daihen Varstroj, d. d.,. The main topic of this paper also includes numerous findings from foreign technical articles, which I have studied in detail; the findings within the articles were made by professionals that had researched intrapreneurship. I will also present theoretical grounds and refer to the internal documentation.
The diploma seminar consists of two parts. First of them focuses on theoretical background. From this point of view, I will present intrapreneurship, dimensions of the learning society, the ways in which the learning society can be connected to intrapreneurship and how organizational factors can influence the relationship between the learning society and intrapreneurship. The second part of this seminar paper comprises the empirical part, where a questionnaire will be used. With the help of the questionnaire, I will try to find out in what amount intrapreneurship has been used in company Daihen Varstroj, d. d. The results of the questionnaire will be presented and critically assessed. |
