Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo se ukvarjali z organiziranostjo varstva pred požari v Občini Videm. Gre za specifično področje znotraj Občine Videm. Za požarno varnost na lokalni ravni je odgovorna lokalna skupnost oz. občina. Občina ni izvajalka požarne varnosti, temveč s posebno pogodbo ureja javno gasilsko službo, ki mora biti vsem občanom dosegljiva 24 ur na dan in 365 dni v letu. Javno gasilsko službo v Občini Videm tvorijo štiri prostovoljna gasilska društva, ki skupaj sodelujejo ob požarih. Pojavljajo se nam problemi, da prihaja do različnih požarov zaradi opustitve preventivnih ukrepov. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili osnove varstva pred požari, opisali smo tudi organiziranost požarnega varstva v Sloveniji. Posebno poglavje smo namenili opisu organiziranosti varstva pred požari v Občini Videm, v katerem smo opisali tudi vse gasilske enote. Opisali smo tudi simulacijo intervencije na požarno najbolj ogroženem objektu v občini. Na koncu smo podali predloge izboljšav za še boljšo požarno varnost v občini.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we have dealt with the organization of fire protection in the municipality of Videm pri Ptuju. It is a specific area within the municipality of Videm. For fire safety at the local level it is the responsibility of the local community or municipality. The municipality is the provider of fire safety, but a special contract governed by public fire departments, which must be accessible to all citizens 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Public fire departments in the municipality of Videm consists of four volunteer fire departments, which jointly participate at the fire. Problems appear to us to come up with a variety of fire due to the omission of preventive measures. In this thesis, we present the basics of fire safety, we describe the organization of fire protection in Slovenia. A special chapter was devoted to the description of the organization of fire protection in the municipality of Videm pri Ptuju, where we describe all fire departments. We also described the simulation of intervention on fire the most endangered building in the municipality. In the end, we made proposals for improvements to further enhance fire safety in the municipality.
