Rekonstrukcija maloprometne ceste - primer ceste v Oroslavju

Abstract

V magistrskem delu je analiziran postopek rekonstrukcije maloprometnih cest. Maloprometne ceste predstavljajo večino cestnega omrežja določene države, zaradi svojega obsega so postopki njihovega načrtovanja, gradnje in vzdrževanja pogosto poenostavljeni in so marsikdaj - predvsem, kar se tiče vzdrževanja - le-ti neustrezni oz. ne dosegajo željenih kvalitet. V sklopu magistrskega dela so analizirane kategorije maloprometnih cest, njihove osnovne značilnosti ter lastnosti. Opredeljeno je področje poškodb vozišč maloprometnih cest z oceno stanja ter analizirani postopki vzdrževanja in dimenzioniranja voziščnih konstrukcij maloprometnih cest. Opravljena je primerjava postopkov dimenzioniranja voziščnih konstrukcij maloprometnih cest na osnovi slovenskih tehničnih specifikacij ter hrvaške norme. V magistrskem delu so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča aplicirana na konkreten primer predloga rekonstrukcije maloprometne ceste. Sam predlog je izdelana v dveh variantah, opravljena je tudi njihova medsebojna primerjava z ugotovljenimi prednostmi in slabosti posamezne variante.

Secondary abstract:	The master’s thesis analyzes the process of reconstruction of the low-volume roads. Low-volume roads constitute the majority of the road network of a certain country and because of its size, the procedures of their design, construction and maintenance is often simplified and they are often - especially when it comes to maintenance - inadequate or. they don’t achieve the desired quality. As part of the master’s thesis we analyzed the categories of low-volume roads, their basic characteristics and properties. It is defined the scope of damage of low-volume roads and there are analyzed maintenance practices and carriageway construction dimensioning. There are also compared carriageway construction design methods for low-volume roads based on slovenian technical specifications and Croatian norms. The master’s thesis presents the theoretical foundations applied to the specific case of the suggestion for low-volume road reconstruction. There is designed the suggestion for reconstruction in two variants and their advantages and disadvantages are compared between each other.
