Abstract

Tema moje diplomske naloge predstavlja prenovo starejšega, že dobro izrabljenega javnega objekta, za katerega bi lahko rekli, da ga je načel »zob časa«. V samem postopku prenavljanja in določanja novih energetskih zahtev za javni objekt sem se držal evropske Direktive o energetski učinkovitosti stavb EPBD iz leta 2010 ter PURES-a iz slovenske zakonodaje. Namen diplomske naloge je določiti vrsto ukrepov, s katerimi bi zadostil energetskim zahtevam iz prej omenjenih zakonov in pravilnikov. Navedel sem nekaj uporabnih in lažje izvedljivih sanacijskih ukrepov, kot so na primer nova okna, povečana debelina toplotne izolacije na zunanji steni in strehi ipd. Za računanje toplotne prehodnosti konstrukcijskih elementov sem uporabil program TEDI, za računanje energetske bilance pa program TOST. Z naštetimi ukrepi in izračuni sem zadostil energetskim pogojem.

Secondary title: Energetic renovation of kindergarten in Postojna
Secondary abstract: The theme of my bachelor`s degree is energetic renovation of an older public building. The required standards in the process of renovation were the European energy efficiency directive (EPBD) and local Slovenian legislation. The purpose of my bachelor`s degree was to name the measures that are needed to help the kindergarten in Postojna to become an energy sufficient building. These measures are, for example, the replacement of old windows with new ones and an additional layer of thermal inuslation on the external walls and roof. The definition of thermal transitivity was calculated with the program TEDI and the final analisys of energy balance was calculated using the program TOST. With these measures, mentioned above, I have reached the demanded terms of energy sufficiency.
