Abstract

Teoretična izhodišča: Akutna dihalna stiska je bolezenski proces, ki zaradi svojega zapletenega mehanizma nastanka zahteva temeljito obravnavo in pravočasno ukrepanje. Za zdravstvene delavce je izrazito pomembno, da se ves čas izobražujejo na področju prepoznave dihalne stiske, saj le tako lahko preprečijo potek bolezni v ogrožajoče stanje, ki lahko posledično vodi v smrt bolnika. Prav tako imajo pomembno vlogo pri zdravljenju dihalne stiske bolniki sami, saj z ustreznim znanjem in disciplino največ pripomorejo k obvladovanju bolezni in s tem same dihalne stiske. Metodologija: Uporabljeni sta bili deskriptivna in kvantitativna metoda dela. Kot instrument raziskave smo anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval 22 vprašanj, s pomočjo računalniškega programa Microsoft Word in Microsoft Excel analizirali ter pridobljene podatke proučili in jih smiselno uredili.

Secondary abstract: Theoretical starting point: Acute respiratory distress is a disease process, which because of its complex mechanism for the formation requires a thorough review and timely action. For health professionals is extremely important to be constantly educated in the field of recognition of respiratory distress, because the only way to prevent the disease course in a threatening situation, which in turn can lead to death of the patient. They also play an important role in the treatment of respiratory distress patients themselves, because with the proper knowledge and discipline more than contribute to the management of the disease and thus itself respiratory distress. Methodolgy: They were used descriptive and quantitative method works. As research instrument was a questionnaire containing 22 questions, with the help of a computer program Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and analyze the data obtained and studied by analogy edited..
