Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava 3D, 5D in 4D-informacijski model objekta enostanovanjske stavbe s podporo informacijskega modeliranja gradbenih objektov (engl. Building Information Modeling; BIM) v fazi neposredne priprave na gradnjo. V tej fazi je za aktivnost razpisa za izbor izvajalca pomembna dobra priprava ponudbe, ki je za izvajalca odvisna predvsem od kvalitetno pripravljenega popisa del in na tej osnovi pripravljene ponudbene cene, na podlagi katere investitor običajno izbere izvajalca, le-ta pa pripravi ustrezne operativne plane za določitev časa trajanja izvedbe gradnje objekta. V ta namen smo v teoretičnem delu preučili podporo BIM, njeno uporabnost in aktualno programsko opremo. V fazi neposredne priprave na gradnjo smo preučili aktivnosti razpisa in sklenitve gradbene pogodbe, za nadaljnjo razumevanje pa smo podali teoretična izhodišča o stroških in kalkulaciji cen ter operativnih planih. V aplikativnem delu smo na podlagi arhitekturnih načrtov in popisa gradbenih del s programsko opremo Graphisoft ArchiCAD 18 in Vico Office R 5.2 izdelali 3D, 5D in 4D BIM-model enostanovanjske stavbe. Pri tem smo za nekaj osnovnih gradbenih del izdelali lastno referenčno bazo. Končni rezultat modeliranja smo za gradbena dela enostanovanjske stavbe predstavili s ponudbeno ceno in časom trajanja izvedbe gradnje. Končni model enostanovanjske stavbe pa smo prikazali še s 4D-simulacijo terminskega poteka izvedbe gradnje gradbenih del. V poglavju diskusija smo za obravnavano stavbo podali prednosti in slabosti, ki smo jih s podporo BIM v tem delu uvideli.

Secondary title: Cost calculation and operational plans in the direct preparation for construction of one-dwelling building with bim support
Secondary abstract: The masters thesis deals with 3D, 4D and 5D information model of an object one-dwelling building with the information modeling construction (engl. Building Information Modeling; BIM) support at the stage of direct preparation for the construction. At this stage of bidding process is for contractor important to prepare a good offer, which depends on the quality of the prepared task list, based on this is prepared unit price estimation and also estimated time of facility construction completion so that client chooses contractor to prepare further relevant operational plans. For his purpose we consider the theoretical part of the BIM support, its usefulness and the current software. At the stage of direct preparation for the construction we have examined activities such as bidding process and conclusion of construction contract, in order to further understanding we have also described another chapter on the estimating costs and operational plans. In the applicative part we have created 3D, 5D and 4D BIM model of one-dwelling building with the help of architectural plans, task list of construction works and programs Graphisoft ArchiCAD 18, Vico Office R 5.2. By doing so, we have made own reference database for some construction work. We have presented the final results of the modeling of one-dwelling building with the offer price and the duration of the execution work. The final model we have also demonstrated with 4D BIM simulation. In the chapter discusion we have discovered and presented the advantages and disadvantages that we have gained with the support of BIM.
