Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo ugotavljali smiselnost zamenjave načina vodenja in arhiviranja evidenc v šolah vožnje s tabličnim računalnikom s programsko opremo, ki bi digitaliziral evidenčne kartone vožnje, dnevne razvide vožnje in učno mapo z ekonomskega, okoljskega in družbenega vidika trajnostnega razvoja. Najprej smo obrazložili pomen trajnostnega sistema, nato pa smo opisali trenutno stanje na področju delovanja šol vožnje. Trenutno stanje smo analizirali z vidika trajnostnega trikotnika in diagrama ribje kosti. V nadaljevanju smo tablični računalnik s programsko opremo, ki bi digitaliziral evidence na področju šole vožnje, predstavili z ekonomskega, okoljskega in družbenega vidika. Tu nam je bila v veliko pomoč SWOT-analiza, v kateri smo zbrali vse prednosti in slabosti. Osredotočili smo se tudi na priložnosti ter nevarnosti, ki bi jih v primeru zamenjave tablični računalnik prinesel. Po kritični presoji in primerjavi rezultatov smo našo primarno hipotezo diplomske naloge potrdili. Ugotovili smo, da je tablični računalnik s programsko opremo z okoljskega vidika bolj varčen glede porabe papirja. Z ekonomskega vidika je nekoliko dražji od trenutnega sistema, vendar pa je v korelaciji z vsemi prednostmi, ki jih prinese, še vedno ugoden. Tudi z družbenega vidika je dostopen in bolj prijazen. Omogoča boljši pretok znanja in izboljša vodenje in arhiviranje evidenc. Zato je končna ugotovitev, da bi tablični računalnik povsem upravičeno lahko zamenjal trenutni sistem.

Secondary title: Records digitization at driving school
Secondary abstract: In this thesis I have tried to establish the meaning of changing the way of keeping and archiving records at driving schools. However, there is a novelty which would digitalize driving record cards, daily driving results and a learning file from the economic, environmental and social point of view of permanent development. Firstly, I have explained the meaning of the permanent system. I have also described the current state of activities at driving schools. The current state has been analysed in form of a permanent triangle and a fish bone diagram. Then the above-mentioned novelty has been presented from the economic, environmental and social point of view. Hereby, SWOT analysis, in which all advantages and disadvantages were gathered, has been of great help. I have also focused on opportunities and dangers, which might appear in case of the change. After critical judgement and results’ comparison the hypothesis of the thesis has been confirmed. Environmentally speaking, the novelty has turned out to be more economical regarding paper consumption. From the economic point of view, it is more expensive than the current system, however, it is still more beneficent in relation to all of its advantages. Socially speaking, it is more accessible and friendly. It enables better knowledge transmission and improves keeping and archiving records. Therefore, the final establishment is that the new system would easily change the current one.
