diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management informacijskih sistemov
Abstract
Uporaba sodobne informacijske in komunikacijske tehnologije nam omogoča veliko možnosti in prihranek časa.

Functional specifications for e-travel orders application |
Secondary abstract: |
Modern information and communication technology offers us many different opportunities and at gaining more time. Nowadays, many companies still write travel orders manually, which represents a lot of wasted time. It is also necessary to sign each order and billing journey so we can go on mission. Following the calculation of the costs, all taxpayers should report the incurred costs to FURS and the amount that must be returned to the employee should be put in the program for wages.
The aim of the thesis is to produce a module of e-travel orders, which help us solve all the above mentioned time-consuming processes. The module consists of a friendly user interface that is associated with a record of working time and a module for validating applications for the travel order and paid journey. Module certification allows validation from anywhere and at any time. The module also contains three tabs for the preparation of payment orders, journal and reporting for REK-1 form.
This thesis first briefly presents the legislation of travel orders, followed by a description of the modules that are connected to our solutions. The main part represents the specification of the application, followed by further testing solutions and completion. |
