Abstract

Cena in čas sta pri gradnji objektov zelo pomembna faktorja. Za obvladovanje obeh je v zadnjem času zelo priljubljena uporaba BIM tehnologije. Iz dobro zgrajenega modela 3D BIM lahko dobimo informacije o lokaciji, količini in geometriji elementov. Nato s 4. dimenzijo modelu dodamo čas, ki je potreben za izvedbo elementov. Z dodano 5. dimenzijo pa je model bogatejši s finančnega vidika. Prav zgoraj napisano je bil cilj, ki sem ga skušal doseči pri izdelavi magistrske naloge. Izdelavo 5D modela sem prikazal na objektu trgovske parkirne hiše s tremi etažami parkirišč in eno etažo trgovskih prostorov. Arhitekturni del stavbe sem izrisal v ArchiCAD-u (3D BIM). Nato sem v programu Synchro (4D BIM) izdelal terminski plan. Po določitvi vrednosti elementov in dodatni izmeri v programu CostX pa sem terminskemu planu dodal še finančni (5D BIM).

Secondary title: Development of 5D BIM for commercial-parking building project
Secondary abstract: Price and time are in the construction business very important factors. Recently is very popular to use BIM technology to control them both. From the well-built 3D BIM model we can be obtain information of the location, quantity and geometry of items. Then with adding the fourth dimension to the model, time that is needed to carry out the elements is added. When fifth dimension is added to the model we add pricing of the elements. The goal of my thesis was building such a model. For reference I showed building a 5D BIM model on a commercial-parking building with three floors of parking and one floor of commercial spaces. Architecture of the building I made in ArchiCAD (3D BIM). Then in program Synchro (4D BIM) I made time schedule. After additional measures in the program CostX and determining the values of the elements I made a financial plan fort the building (5D BIM).
