diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študijskega programa
Abstract
Raziskovali smo splošne in delovno-specifične (logistične) kompetence v transportnem podjetju Globelink EG Sol d.o.o., saj ima le ta velik pomen v logistični verigi. Z metodo opisne statistike smo nato pridobljene podatke analizirali in jih prikazali s tabelami.

Secondary abstract: |
This diploma was based on researching general and work-specific competences in a transport company Globelink EG Sol d.o.o., because they have a significant meaning in the logistics chain. We were interested, which general or work-specific logistic competences the employees need to have to successfully preform and carry out the tasks inside our studied company, and how did the employees gain these competences. In the process of studying the theory and setting up the hypothesis, we used the methods of description and compilation. To obtain the needed data in the company, we used the survey method. A part of the given answers in the questioners was based on a five-step evaluation scale. We analysed obtained data with the descriptive statistics method. Data were also presented in tables. We found out, that the employees have the wish to attend additional education, and that the company provides this possibility. However, there is a low rate of actual attendance. We first assumed and with this research also confirmed, that the employees gained their competences directly participating in work, and not threw education. We also came to interesting conclusion, that the most important competence in the company is knowledge of the logistics processes, and not the knowledge of different logistics technologies, as we assumed at the beginning. In fact, the latter competence has the lowest meaning in our studied company. |
