(diplomsko delo)
Abstract
Teoretično izhodišče: V diplomskem delu smo predstavili supervizijo, vlogo supervizorja in vlogo supervizantov.
Raziskovalna metodologija: V diplomskem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela.

Theory: The subject of this thesis concerns supervision, the role of supervisors and the role of supervisees; the impact of supervision on the personal and professional growth of practitioners, and its positive impact on health professionals.
Research methodology: In this thesis, we used the descriptive method. Of great help in writing the thesis was the domestic and foreign literature from the library and the Internet. In the research, we used qualitative methodology of work, we developed a questionnaire, which was sent by e-mail to students who had already completed the exercises in course supervision. The feedback from the questionnaire was finalized and statistically analyzed with Microsoft Excel.
Results: Research has shown us that the supervision equally affects both males and females. Only 50% of respondents had been taught about supervision in the course of their studies at college. Feedback on the progress of the exercises on supervision was good. The large number of respondents meant that the results of exercises were both informative and interesting. It is also worth noting that out of all respondents, 83% of them are involved in the process of supervision.
Decision: We've found that most health professionals are not confident in the role of supervision, since it takes place in a clinical setting. Supervision either does not take place actively or far too seldom. We believe that with regular practice supervision in a clinical setting result in an even higher quality of care. In addition it will bring about better interpersonal relationships, a higher level of job satisfaction for workers, and better care for patients. |
