Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je analizirano stanje prometne varnosti na cestah R1 215 odsek 1490, R2 448 odsek 0220 ter R3 651 odsek 1198. Na omenjenih cestah je bila narejena analiza prometnih nezgod ter ustreznosti geometrijskih elementov cest. Poleg meritev na terenu sem si pri analizi stanja pomagal z digitalnim ortofotom. Na odseku, na katerem sem opazil pogosto prekoračenje omejitve hitrosti, sem s pomočjo števca prometa, ki ima tudi možnost merjenja hitrosti, izvedel analizo hitrosti vozil in količine prometa. Na mestih, kjer so bile ugotovljene nepravilnosti, sem podal predloge za izboljšanje stanja prometne varnosti. Pri izdelavi diplomske naloge sem uporabljal programe AutoCAD, Access, Excel in ViaGraph.

Secondary abstract: My thesis focuses on safety on roads R1 215, section 1490, R2 448, section 0220, and R3 651, section 1198. Car accidents and the suitability of geometrical elements on these roads have been looked into and studied. Besides field measurements I made use of the digital orthophotograph. Using the traffic counter that includes speeds I carried out the analysis of the speed and volume of vehicular traffic on sections where speed limits are often exceeded. I put forward ideas and suggestions to improve road safety on those sections where most offences have been committed. In my thesis I used the following software programs: AutoCAD, Access, Excel and ViaGraph.
