Abstract
Podjetja dan danes, da preživijo na trgu so prisiljene k uvajanju novih proizvodov oz. storitev ter se prilagajati dinamičnemu toku sprememb. S tem si povečajo konkurenčnost podjetja z drugimi podjetji, večji dobiček, več zanimanja je s strani povpraševanja, itd. Če pa se podjetje ne odloči za uvajanje inovacij, pa je posledično čez čas obsojeno na propad.
V diplomskem seminarju smo opisali družbo Slovenske Železnice, d. o. o., in smo želeli z raziskavo predstaviti, kako so se spoprijeli z uvajanjem inovacije. Z uvedbo elektronskega odčitavanja vozovnic in uporabo drugih elektronskih kartic, v odvisni družbi od Slovenskih Železnic d.o.o. Potniški promet d.o.o. Kakšne spremembe so morali uvesti tudi znotraj družbe glede na inovacijo.
V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja smo izvedli empirično raziskavo (anketo) s katero smo o samih spremembah in uporabi inovacij povprašali zaposlene in analizirali rezultate. Opravili pa smo tudi en kratek intervju z enim od zaposlenih. Pridobljene rezultate z anketo smo primerjali z rezultati v letnem poročilu in primerjali in analizirali razlike in odstopanja.

Companies now days, if they want to survive in the market are forced to introduce new products or services and adapt to the dynamic flow of changes, with regard to the demand. This increases the competitiveness of the companies, raises profit and there is also more inquiry from the customer. If the company chooses not to innovate, this could lead to a decline of the company over time.
In this diploma seminar, I described the company Slovenian Railways, l. l. c. (Slovenske Železnice d.o.o.,), and how they cope with the introduction of an innovation. The subsidiary of Slovenian Railways l.l.c, Passenger traffic l.l.c implemented the reading of electronic tickets and the use of other electronic cards. The company had to make changes in regard to the implementation of the innovation.
In the practical part of the thesis, we carried out empirical research (survey). We asked the employees themselves about the changes and the implementation of innovation in the company. At the end, we analysed the results. I also carried out a short interview with one of the employees. We compared the obtained results from the survey with the results of the annual report. The next step was to compare and analyse the differences and variations in results. |
