delo diplomskega projekta
Abstract
Rezultati mi niso prinesli določenega zadovoljstva, saj je veliko različnih teorij stilov vodenja in imajo ljudje različna mnenja glede nasplošne uporabnosti stilov vodenja. Veliko bolj so mi bili všeč odgovori na motivacijo in komuniciranje, kjer je lepo razvidno na katero stran se anketirani nagibajo. Z drugimi besedami ne izbirajo neke sredine vendar so trdnega mnenja glede svojih odgovorov.

Leadership styles in enterprises |
Secondary abstract: |
Today, the styles of leading are one of the most important topics in the field of management. The answers to the questions on styles of leading are many-sided, for there is a great amount of theories, which are written in different manners. However, we are not supposed to cling on the theoretical part only. A lot of leaders in history did not need certain bases of theoretical knowledge in order to be successful in practice.
In no case, motivation as well as communicating in the company must not be neglected, for they have an enormous influence to the actual course of work in the companies.
As anywhere else, I started my diploma thesis with introduction, where I wrote definitions, goals, theses, assumptions and methods of the diploma project. Later, I burrowed into theories of management and leading as well as into the process of leading. Furthermore, I took a look at the influence of motivation and communicating on leading, for I was interested in connection with the styles of leading. Then I dealt with the models of leading, for I had never been acquainted with them. In the penultimate chapter, I defined the styles of leading and the theories of the styles of leading. In the final chapter, I decided to set a few examples of the styles of leading in cases of successful companies.
The next thing I did was a survey questionnaire. The survey consists of 12 questions and is tied to leading, motivation and communicating. I interviewed 24 persons selected coincidentally in different age categories. However, I first made sure that they all had at least some basis in connection with the management.
The results did not enable certain satisfaction, for there are many different theories of styles of leading and people have different opinions with regards to general usefulness of the styles of leading. Much more I liked the answers regarding motivation and communicating, where it is clearly evident to which side the participants of the survey turn. In other words, they do not select the middle, however they have strong opinion regarding their answers. |
