Abstract

Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnem delu želimo poudariti pomemben vidik tandemskega in timskega dela, predstaviti pozitivne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na boljšo učinkovitost tandema in timskega dela. Izpostaviti želimo negativne dejavnike, ki lahko to delo tudi otežujejo. Timsko delo je delo določene skupine ljudi, ki predstavlja različna mnenja posameznikov z namenom uresničitve določenega cilja pri delu. Vsakdo v skupini ima določeno znanje, ki ga lahko vedno uporabi pri reševanju določenih problemov. Posamezniki v timu razpravljajo o svojih zamislih, proučujejo zamisli drugih, iščejo rešitve in se skupno odločajo o poteku poti do zastavljenih ciljev. Za učinkovito delo v vrtcu naj bi se naloge tandema med vzgojiteljico in pomočnico vzgojiteljice prepletale in dopolnjevale. V preteklosti so bile naloge vzgojiteljice in pomočnice vzgojiteljice različne in nekako ločene. Vzgojiteljica je bila odgovorna za pedagoško delo, pomočnica pa je predvsem varovala otroke. Z uvedbo kurikuluma za vrtce pa so naloge tima natančno določene in naj bi se prepletale dopolnjevale. Temeljni cilj diplomskega dela je preveriti mnenja vzgojiteljic in pomočnic vzgojiteljic o tandemskem delu, kako ga izvajajo, kakšna je komunikacija med njimi in kako si delijo pedagoško delo. V raziskovalnem delu bomo na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika med zaposlenimi v vrtcu, ki delajo v tandemu, ugotavljali njihov vidik tandemskega dela glede načrtovanja dela v timu, izvajanja in evalvacije timskega dela, delitve pedagoškega dela, poteka komunikacije med vzgojiteljico in pomočnico vzgojiteljice ter zaznavanja medsebojnega odnosa bodisi na delu ali izven delovnega časa.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we wish to highlight the importance of tandem and team work, present the positive factors, which influence the effectiveness of a tandem and team work, while at the same time emphasise the negative factors, which hinder such cooperation. Team work is defined as work of a certain group of individuals who present various opinions with the aim of reaching a certain work goal. Each participant in a group has a certain knowledge, which can always be used in solving certain problems. Individuals in a team discuss their ideas, examine the ideas of others, seek solutions and make joint decisions on the manner of reaching their goals. For efficient kindergarten work, the tasks in a tandem between a preschool teacher and their assistant should be complementary and interlinked. In the past, the tasks of a preschool teacher and their assistant were different and somewhat separated. Education was the responsibility of a preschool teacher, while the assistant's main task was care for children. However, since the kindergarten curriculum was adopted, a team's tasks are clearly defined as complementary and interlinked. The fundamental aim of this thesis is to seek the opinions of preschool teachers and their assistants on tandem work, its implementation, the quality of their communication and how they share their teaching duties. The thesis uses a questionnaire to establish the views of kindergarten workers who work in tandem on such tandem work, with regard to planning team work, its implementation and evaluation, sharing of teaching duties, quality of communication between the preschool teacher and their assistant, and recognition of their mutual relationship on and off work.
