Abstract

V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo s pomočjo domače in tuje literature opredelili osnovo teorije. V prvem poglavju smo opisali pomen izobraževanja, njegove cilje, metode, oblike ter načine in ovire pri izobraževanju. Nato smo v drugem poglavju preučili, kakšna je definicija usposabljanja, kakšne oblike in metode se pri usposabljanju uporabljajo. Osredotočili smo se tudi na cilje in faze procesa usposabljanja. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo sprva predstavili okolje, ki smo si ga izbrali, nato pa s pomočjo poročil podjetja preučili obstoječe stanje. S pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov smo pridobili podatke o ozaveščenosti in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih na področju izobraževanja in usposabljanja v podjetju. Nato smo podatke obdelali in po končani analizi preverili zastavljene teze. Na podlagi ugotovitev raziskave smo podali predloge za izboljšave izobraževanja in usposabljanja v podjetju Slovenske železnice d. o. o.

Secondary title: Educating and training in slovenian railways company
Secondary abstract: With the use of the domestic and foreign literature in the theoretical part of diploma we have clarified the basics of theory. In the first chapter we have described the importance of education, objectives, methods, forms and obstacles in education. In the second chapter we have examine what is the definition of training and what types of methods are used. We have also been focused on the goals and the phases of the training process. In the empirical part of diploma we have presented the environment that we have chosen and with the help of reports from the company we have examined the current state of it. With the help of questionnaires we have collected the data on the awareness and the satisfaction of employees regarding education and training in the company. Then we have analyzed the data and after the completion of the analysis verified previously set thesis. In the end, we gave some suggestions about the improvement of the education and training process in the company Slovenian Railways.
