Abstract

Inovativnost je eden ključnih dejavnikov uspešnosti in obstoja podjetja. Je proces ustvarjanja izboljšav z ustvarjanjem nečesa novega. Da je določeno podjetje inovativno potrebuje inovativne voditelje, ki morajo ustvariti ustrezno, kreativno/inovativno okolje v katerem lahko prihaja do inovacij. Pri tem je potrebno poudarjati sporočilo o pomembnosti inovativnosti in le-to vključevati v vse procese delovanja. V okviru diplomskega dela smo opravili kvalitativno raziskavo s pomočjo intervjujev. Intervjuvali smo tri (inovativne) voditelje z namenom, da spoznamo posameznike, kot menedžerje in voditelje podjetja oziroma organizacije. Da spoznamo kakšni voditelji so, ali so seznanjeni s pojmoma inovativno voditeljstvo in inovacijska klima in kako ju, če sploh, vpeljujejo v okolje v katerem delujejo. Sestavili smo tudi test inovativnosti in ga dali rešiti našim voditeljem. S testom smo želeli, da voditelji lažje ocenijo svoje znanje s področja voditeljstva in inovativnosti, ter spoznajo ali so pripravljeni inovirati in ali jih to sploh veseli. Pomagal bi jim poiskati področja na katerih že blestijo kot voditelji, ki spodbujajo inovativnost in področja na katerih se še najde prostor za izboljšave. Reševanje takšnega testa pa lahko pomaga tudi nam pri odkrivanju naših inovativnih potencialov. Skozi teorijo, intervju in test smo spoznali, da inovativni voditelji podpirajo spremembe, za katere navdušujejo vse okoli njih. Ustvarjajo nekaj novega, nekaj več, spodbujajo sodelovanje, se zavedajo pomembnosti komunikacije in ustvarjajo kulturo inovativnosti. V prvi vrsti pa so inovativni trenerji in to je tudi njihovo glavno poslanstvo.

Secondary abstract: Innovativeness is one of the key factors for success and survival of the company. It is the process of creating improvements by creating something new. To set an innovative company we need innovative leaders who need to establish creative-innovative environment in which innovations can occur. It is necessary to emphasize the message of the importance of innovativeness and to involve it in all processes of operation. Within the thesis, we conducted qualitative research through interviews. We interviewed three (innovative) leaders in order to recognize induviduals as managers and leaders of company or organization. To know what leaders they are, if they are familiar with the concept of innovative leadership and innovation climate and how they are, if even, introducing them into the environment in which they operate. We also made test about innovativeness and gave it to our three leaders to resolve. With test we wanted to help leaders to more easily evaluate their knowledge from the field of leadership and innovativeness and to know if they are even willing to innovate and weather at all pleased. It would help them to find areas that already shine as leaders who foster innovativeness and the areas in which they find themselves room for improvement. Solving such a test can also help us in identifying our inovative potentials. Through theory, interview and test, we realized that innovative leaders support the change, for which inspire all around them. They create something new, something more, encourage cooperation, are aware of importance of communication and create a culture of innovativeness. First and foremost, they are innovative coaches and this is also their main mission.
