Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno planiranje gradnje s pomočjo 4D informacijskega modela gradbenega objekta v programski opremi Vico Office R5. V prvem delu so podane teoretične osnove planiranja gradnje gradbenega objekta, sledi teoretična obrazložitev planiranja gradnje gradbenih objektov z informacijskimi modeli gradbenih objektov in pregled komercialnih računalniških programov za planiranje gradnje gradbenih objektov z informacijskimi modeli gradbenih objektov. Osrednji del predstavlja izdelavo 4D informacijskega modela gradbenega objekta s programsko opremo Vico Office R5, ki je prikazana na praktičnem primeru montažne hale. V zaključku je podana primerjava rezultatov 4D modela montažne hale z rezultati iz dokumentacije, ki smo jo pridobili za obravnavani objekt. Podane so tudi končne ugotovitve, ki so potrdile nekatere prednosti, ki jih informacijski modeli gradbenih objektov prinašajo na področje planiranja.

Secondary abstract: |
This master's degree presents the construction planning using 4D building information model in Vico Office R5 software. The first part presents the basic theory of the construction planning, followed by the theoretical explanation of the construction planning using building information models and the overview of the commercial software for construction planning using building information models. The central part presents the making of the 4D building information model in Vico Office R5 software, which is shown on the practical example of the prefabricated reinforced concrete hall. The conclusion introduces the comparison between the results of the 4D building information model of prefabricated reinforced concrete hall and the results from the documentation, which we had acquired for the presented facility. The final findings, which confirmed some of the advantages building information models bring to the field of construction planning, are also introduced. |
